Use an open-handed grip (not crimped) to prevent injury and properly hold pockets, slopes, and certain edges. Do 15 minutes of warm ups and increase intensity until you are at full power. Reverse this process at the end of your session to prevent injury and speed up recovery. If exercises or holds are too difficult, we recommend placing one foot on a chair or having a partner assist you.
