Description
This great cane measures 36" long. The hand-carved wooden top measures approximately 3.5" wide by 3.5" high. As pictured, the cared head is detailed, intricately carved and hand-painted. Although I'm not completely sure of its origin, it may be Inuit, Pacific Islander, Pacific Northwest or Native American in origin and depicts either a serpent or fish body morphing into a seated man with his hands on his knees. It has its original paint. The cane has also been carved and painted near the top and bottom (as shown in the last few photos). This rare cane is being offered with a reasonable reserve and will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.
